2 oz Dry Fly Vodka 1 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp Fine Sugar 1/16 tsp Quinine Powder 2 dashes Orange Bitters Top Club Soda Garnish Half Lemon Round To Build this Cocktail Fill  your favorite cocktail shaker with high quality, large cubes of ice.  Add vodka, lemon juice, quinine powder, sugar and bitters.  Shake the cocktail till chilled.  Double strain into a chilled old fashion glass with fresh ice.  Top with club soda and garnish.  Immediately head to your nearest porch and enjoy.

1 tsp   Sugar 1          Lime wedge 1 oz     Calvados (Apple Brandy) 3/4 oz  Light Rum Place the lime wedge in a heavy bottomed Old Fashioned Glass and add the sugar.  Muddle the lime and sugar together until the sugar dissolves.
