1.5 oz        Rutte Dry Gin
.75 oz        Applejack
.25 oz        Lemon Juice
2 dashes   Homemade Grenadine
               Pasteurized Egg White
Optional    Heavy Cream
Garnish     Maraschino Cherry



In your favorite cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients over cracked ice.

Shake vigorously until the shaker frosts up. Double strain into cocktail glass of your choice and garnish. Serve straight up.



1 cup        Sugar
1 cup        Pomegranite Juice
1 TBL        Lemon Juice


Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.

Bring to a boil over medium heigh heat. Boil until all the sugar has completely dissolved.

Chill and keep in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
