Ice Cubes 1 oz Gin 2 oz  Sweet Vermouth .5 oz  Luxardo Liqueur 2 drops Orange Bitters 2 drops Old Fashion Bitters To build: Chill your favorite martini glass. Ice Cubes 1 Apple - Sliced 1    Orange - Sliced 1     Lemon - Sliced 5 oz Apple Cider 1/2 Lemon - Juiced 2 oz Vodka 5 oz Licor 43 12 oz Cava In a large pitcher combine ice and fruit.  Add the cider, lemon juice, vodka, Licor 43 and chill.  Just before serving open a chilled bottle of Cava and carefully pour into the pitcher.  Stir and serve immediately. The Liberty Cocktail

1 tsp   Sugar 1          Lime wedge 1 oz     Calvados (Apple Brandy) 3/4 oz  Light Rum Place the lime wedge in a heavy bottomed Old Fashioned Glass and add the sugar.  Muddle the lime and sugar together until the sugar dissolves. Fill the glass halffull with ice.  Pour the Calvados and Rum, then stir. The Bad Hair Day is one of my go to minnow flies.  This fly darts and dives and moves unlike any fly before.  This fly landed some of the largest Tarpon we hooked in Tabasco. Tom & Jerry Cocktail

Cocktails don't always have to be on ice and this one is the perfect hot cocktail for those cold snowy winter nights! 2 tbl Tom & Jerry Batter 1 oz Dark Rum 1 oz Brandy 1/4 cup Warm Milk Tom & Jerry Batter: Beat egg whites into stiff peaks and set aside. Next cream egg yolks with sugar 1/4 cup, vanilla 1 teaspoon and rum 1 tablespoon per egg yoke. Then fold the egg whites into the beaten yokes to create a light and fluffy batter.
