Tom & Jerry Cocktail

Cocktails don't always have to be on ice and this one is the perfect hot cocktail for those cold snowy winter nights! 2 tbl Tom & Jerry Batter 1 oz Dark Rum 1 oz Brandy 1/4 cup Warm Milk Tom & Jerry Batter: Beat egg whites into stiff peaks and set aside. 2 tbl Tom & Jerry Batter
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Brandy
1/4 cup Warm Milk

Tom & Jerry Batter: Beat egg whites into stiff peaks and set aside. Next cream egg yolks with sugar 1/4 cup, vanilla 1 teaspoon and rum 1 tablespoon per egg yoke. Then fold the egg whites into the beaten yokes to create a light and fluffy batter.

Build the cocktail in a warm coffee cup.  Place the batter in the bottom of the mug, add the rum and brandy.  To complete the drink fill the glass with warm milk.  Top with grated nutmeg, allspice and cloves.

Take a sip and enjoy.
