2 oz       Cuban Rum 1.5 oz    Lime juice 6            Mint Leaves 1 tsp     Sugar top.       Club Soda To Build: Place your lime juice, sugar and mint in the bottom of your glass.  Use a muddler to bruise the mint and begin melting the sugar.  Add ice and rum to glass and stir to chill.  Top with club soda and a fresh sprig of mint and a lime wedge. 1 tsp   Sugar 1          Lime wedge 1 oz     Calvados (Apple Brandy) 3/4 oz  Light Rum Place the lime wedge in a heavy bottomed Old Fashioned Glass and add the sugar.  Muddle the lime and sugar together until the sugar dissolves.
