Nicole Watson

grew up near the shores of Lake Erie and vacationed on the Au Sable River in Michigan. She has been fly fishing since the age of 9. She began studying fisheries biology at Eastern Michigan University during her undergraduate work. Currently a graduate student at Central Michigan University, her research focuses on juvenile steelhead utilizing the unique chemical signature of their ear bone.
