Mandy Hertzfeld

After earning a Fine Arts degree from Bowling Green State University, Mandy moved to Colorado where adventure and fly fishing has been a central part of her life. Mandy’s artwork is a direct reflection of her passion for fly fishing. Creating paintings and finding fish is the drive that challenges her. She believes that just like painting, each day on the river is a blank slate, a white canvas waiting for you to make something of it, to figure it out, to pay attention to the details, and to learn. In addition to designing a fly rod with 8 River Fly Rod Company and her artwork, Mandy guides with Minturn Anglers in Colorado.
