RETURNING YOUR DUN MERCHANDISE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Exchange Procedure

Need to exchange one item for another? Call 224-532-9160 and request an exchange. We’ll place your re-order immediately, charge your credit card, and waive standard shipping charges on the new order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your card for the cost of the original item.

Find a box and insert your item(s) for exchange. Make sure to include your order paperwork so we can easily credit you for your return. If you no longer have this, please provide us your name, email, and phone number and include that information with your shipment.

Make sure to scratch out any old shipping information and barcodes on the box you intend to ship back.

Subscription Shipments

We try our best to make sure each and every subscriber receives their editions, but sometimes the magazines just don't make it.

If one of your magazines did not arrive or arrived damaged, contact us by email at editor@DUNmagazine.com, or phone at 224-532-9160.

We will send a new edition to you free of charge.
